Dr.Merna Ayman
Physiotherapist, Health Coach, Stress Management Expert
Experience
Physiotherapist , graduated from Cairo University in 2019, and for the past 6 years, I’ve been helping people manage chronic pain. But along the way, I started to notice something especially with my female clients that many of their physical symptoms were actually rooted in something deeper: stress and its impact on hormones.
I saw it not just in them, but in myself too. After going through my own struggles with stress dealing with gut issues, hormonal imbalances, and just not feeling like myself I knew I had to dig deeper. That’s when I started exploring functional medicine, holistic healing, and the powerful mind-body connection.
This journey completely shifted my approach. I became a certified health coach, and now I focus on stress management helping others understand their bodies, feel more balanced, and truly heal on a physical, emotional, and mental level."
